Temple Highlights

This temple is situated at Pesarapadu village, Palasa Mandalam of Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. Train Facility is available upto Kasibugga Palasa. Bus facility is also available from Vishakapatnam to Kasibugga Palasa. The temple is at a distance of about 3 KM from Kasibugga Palasa Municipality and at about 1.5 KM on the National Highway 5. Auto facility is available from Kasibugga Palasa upto the temple.

The Temple Bhoomi Pooja was performed on 15th October 2002 on the auspicious day of Vijayadashmi.

The Temple was inaugurated on 8th February 2006 on the auspicious day of Bheeshma Ekadashi by Sri Sadguru Sadananda Maharaj along with Sri.Jaggappacharyulu.

Dr.K.Kesava Rao is the founder and main trustee of the temple. He is taking care of the overall development and improvement of the temple.

The Temple opens at 05:30 AM with the Morning Kakad Aarti & closes at night 8:30 PM after the completion of Shej Aarti.

A Beautiful Marble Idol of Shirdi Saibaba about 4.5 ft is installed in the Mandir. 1 Panchaloha Idol of Saibaba about 1 ft is used as Utsava Murthy is placed in front of the main Idol

Gurusthan with Marble Idol of Saibaba about 2 ft is present outside the main temple. Small Temples dedicated to Dattatreya about 1 1/2 ft and Ganesha about 1 1/2 is present outside the main temple.  Sacred Dhuni is also present outside the main temple.

  • Nama Gotra Pooja with Prasadam (Shashwata Pooja) is performed once in a year on the day specified by the devotee on payment of Rs.1000/-.
  • Sahasra Kalasha Ksheerabhishekam is performed on Temple Anniversary day of Bheeshma Ekadashi on payment of Rs.20/-.

 

Large Scale celebration of festivals:

  1. Temple Anniversary on Bheeshma Ekadashi day of every year – The Temple Anniversary is celebrated as a 3 day festival. On the first day, Kalasha Sthapana is done. On the second day, Sahasra Kalasha Ksheerabhishekam is performed. On the third day, Vigneshwara Homam is performed. On all the 3 days Annadanam and various cultural programmes are organized.  
  2. Sri Ramanavami.
  3. Guru Poornima.
  4. Vijayadashmi.
  5. Datta Jayanthi.
